By accessing or using the VLOX website (vlox.ai) and services provided by Vlox Inc. ("VLOX," "we," "our"), a subsidiary of 주식회사 아르크리에이티브허브, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Vlox Inc. regarding your use of the VLOX platform and all associated services, features, and content.

2. Description of Service

VLOX is an AI-native creation platform designed to help individuals and small teams plan, create, localize, and launch digital products globally. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• AI-powered project planning and content strategy tools
• Content generation and editing capabilities
• Smart localization and cultural adaptation services
• Deployment optimization across multiple platforms and channels
• Team collaboration and project management features

VLOX is currently in the Early Access phase. Features, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice during this period.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use VLOX. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using VLOX on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

4. User Accounts

When the VLOX platform launches beyond Early Access, you may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete registration information
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Our Content

The VLOX website, platform, and all associated content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, are the property of Vlox Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you create using the VLOX platform. By using our services, you grant VLOX a limited, non-exclusive license to process and store your content as necessary to provide the services. We do not claim ownership over content you generate through VLOX.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use VLOX to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Distribute malware, spam, or other harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Use automated tools to scrape or harvest data from our platform
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the service

7. Pricing and Payment

VLOX is currently free during the Early Access period. Future pricing plans will be communicated before they take effect. Early Access members who join the waitlist may receive special founder pricing, which will be detailed when available. All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

VLOX IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or biases. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all content generated by VLOX before using it in any capacity.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VLOX INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Seoul, Republic of Korea.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the website or email. Your continued use of VLOX after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
